Where in the World is Tim?

why didn't you paint up the last one? such a letdown...
 

The last panel is the doodle itself. As you can clearly see in the first panel (and that is the actual doodle he's drawing if you look close) Judas is working with a number 2 pencil. There would be no colours in the doodle.
